the things I like.My Favorite movie is "Across the universe" directed by Julie Taymor. The story is about a young british man named Jude travled by ship to the States to find his father. After that he met w Max a young American boy who came from a very wealthy family they became good friend and Jude fell in love with Lucy, Max's younger sister. The whole story happened in 1960's so in the movie is also talk about the society back then for example Hippies and the anti-Vietnam War which are very interesting for me. The director uses the Beatles' songs to connect all the story together such as Hey Jude, Somthing, Across the universe, Let it Be and lots more.They remade it with a little different rhythm and all sang by the casts which I think very beautiful and touched. The sences and special effect are also incredible. The movie was nominated for the best musical movie of 2007 academy award so, If anyone who is a Beatles' fan and interested in a good movie I recomended this one!!
